We've dreamed about it. We've talked about it. We had to postpone it because of a global pandemic, but we were patient, and here we are. WICCON, the one and only WICCA conference, is happening...this year on Halloween!!!

Women's History Month

The Holiday season has begun, it's almost the end of the year! Yesterday we did our "WICCA Looking Back" event and we wanted to share with you what we talked about.

Normal is coming back! We've had our first face-to-face meetup in over a year and half last week and now, we're meeting again today.

How are you doing?

On the 25th of September we had a blast at the Kubernetes Security 101 workshop from Magno Logan. Valentine, Faith and I (Chantal) got together in real life during the workshop and were taking care of the shipping of the WICCA Summer School packages. We have really enjoyed everyone posting pictures of receiving them! If you haven't received it yet please let us know so we can check what's going on :)

Let’s start with some very exciting news!

Hey everyone!

We got a GENIUS spontaneous idea to celebrate International Women’s Day. We never did anything like this before, but we think it’s time to show the world who we are.

We would like to make a compilation of clips from all members of our group saying “Happy Women’s Day!” or a variation thereof and put it out there for everyone to see.

Do you want to participate? It’s easy. All you have to do is make a clip of yourself and upload it before March 6, so we have a two-day buffer before Women’s Day. It’s Google Drive, so if you don’t have or wish to use a Google account, you can send us your clip by email.

The Netherlands just got as frozen as the rest of time, so there’s not really anything new on our end, except for the fact that winter has come and I’m just hiding under a rock made of books.
