Serverless systems in production with Lynn Langit
Heya,
Last week we spoke with cloud architect and developer Lynn Langit about her experiences shipping serverless systems across a variety of domains and industries.
Lynn has run her own consultancy for 8 years, and is currently focused on high volume data pipelines for genomics research.
Check out the full interview here:

And one additional goody this week is a presentation by a researcher at UC Berkeley:
The State of Serverless Computing (or, Fixing Dysfunction-as-a-service)
Chenggang Wu briefly discusses both the benefits and shortcomings of existing serverless offerings. He then projects forward to the future and highlights challenges that must be overcome to realize truly general-purpose serverless computing.
Have any feedback about the interview or Think Serverless? We’d love to hear from you! You can reply to this email to say “hey”, and if you’re doing interesting work with serverless that you think we’d like to hear about, make sure to let us know!
By the way, if you’re on Twitter, we’d love to connect – follow us at @_serverless!
Thanks, and see you again in a few weeks!
