Hey ð Changing something today by a single degree may not look like much tomorrow. Or the next day. But in a few weeks or months? Possibly a massive difference. The continued effort that a âsingle degree of differenceâ takes is not much. The benefit it brings, however, grows and grows and grows as time goes on.
Our single degree has been doing weekly and monthly planning sessionsâthink me dancing around writing on a whiteboard. It feels like a revolution! Why did no one tell me about this earlier? Itâs made a huge difference already.
Whatâs something small you could you change? Some ideas: 1. Walking for 10 minutes a day 2. Doodling for 5 minutes in the morning 3. Meditating for 5 minutes a day 5. Trying a new style each week 6. Learning something new each day
