Good morning! (I would say good afternoon, but that sounds so formal.)
This week has been full of new adventures. Here’s the latest:

I’m loving PubPub so far for this. Honestly, I’m thinking about using it for all the writing I do, not just book writing.
So far I’ve added two chapters:

I answered the question “Is a people-first approach to growth scalable?”
I feel a little self-conscious about doing these “talking head” type videos (my Instagram feed is getting rather un-glamorous), but in the spirit of creating out loud, I’m trying to practice focusing on what’s helpful in my process, rather than trying to be “on brand” or whatever.
- SO GOOD. The section on interdependence and recovering from being a “charismatic leader” especially got me.

- We’re entering into a time at &yet we’re informally calling the season of the weirdo. I’m going to be sharing more about that soon, but if you’re curious about what weirdness has to do with a people-first approach to growth, sign up for the &yet newsletter.
- I’m thinking about how to make my public Roam project more in the vein of “networked thought” than it is currently. I’ve been leaning heavily on the “make a daily update” side of things and less on the “interconnect all these ideas” side of things.
