The coffee shop will be open tomorrow from 12pm. Come over. I realised that my pour over technique needs modifying because my draw down times are too long so I’ll be messing with that and I’ll do some ice for iced pour overs. For lunch/dinner I’ve got a spaghetti lemon courgette dish and I’ll try and make a staircase out of cardboard in the evening.
