Morals and Proposals

Ketchup Duck

Here are the things I’ve written since my last missive in March.

Book Reviews

Principles of Morals and Legislation by Jeremy Bentham: With this, I’ve finished reading all of Bentham’s works that were on my to-read list. Next up, John Stuart Mill.

Addiction by Design by Natasha Dow Schüll: A “director’s commentary” version of my entry in the SSC book review contest.

Blow Your House Down by Gina Frangello: My reaction to this story was different from what I expected going in. I expected to hate it, I ended up sort-of liking it. This review is my attempt to figure out why.

Fiction

Programming languages from hypothetical futures: Some short worldbuilding

The Great Brutish Bakeoff: I wanted to play around with scrolling transitions, plus I’ve been watching some reality TV lately that inspired me

Misc

The Proposal: A one act play by Anton Chekhov as acted by virtual hand puppets. This is another project playing around with scrolling transitions.
