Some new art for The Sin of Man! Felt good to get back to painting weird, surreal, mysterious creatures.
I painted this one on the ipad in Procreate. I’ve been on the road the last couple weeks, seeing friends and eating too much. It’s been great. I’ve done some sketching on the ipad but hadn’t ever tried to finish a piece on it. But now that the world is opening back up again and we’re going to be able to travel more, I knew I wanted to try to start & finish a piece on the ipad. So here we are.
It was challenging at times but I had a really good experience with it. It won’t be the only thing I make art on, but it’s nice to be able to create while traveling.

I hope in my coming travels I get to meet more of you in person. I’m increasingly tired of the online world. But I’m learning a new appreciation for the value of in-person, real, human connection.
