That’s the title of a new book from Jess Fanzo, a globally-recognized thinker on food systems and professor at Johns Hopkins University.
The book illuminates Fanzo’s thoughts on the big picture with her experiences in the field, and is a terrific introduction to the food system, what’s wrong with it, and how putting it right will require everyone, everywhere, to get stuck in and do the work.
So, spoiler: yes, fixing dinner can fix the planet, but it won’t be easy.
But you should listen to the whole thing anyway.
All the best
