Learning something new is HARD, learning something new when the world is imploding is even harder. It can be daunting to know where to start, and if you're anything like me you become an expert procrastinator even though you're so keen to learn. I found this article super helpful when I first started learning Python. The post then goes on to share tips for starting, and most importantly, continuing to learn.
💙 For good
This one isn't Python related, but still super relevant for us as SEOs. ✨ More cool-ness
I recently started reading Algorithms of Oppression by Safiya Noble which is described as 'A revealing look at how negative biases against women of color are embedded in search engine results and algorithms'. As someone obsessed with the tech world, working in SEO, and also really passionate about D&I, I already feel like this is going to be a super important and eye opening read.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, I hope it has given you some inspiration. Please let me know if you have any feedback on how I can make these emails better and more useful in the future, it's all a learning curve for me!
And Happy Halloween! 🎃
