Who is invited?
All kids, from ages 4 to 12.
What will we do at VBS?
This will be an action-packed week!
We will enjoy crafts, games, Bible stories, songs, and more.
At home, you will have memory verses to practice, and service projects to do, in order to get points, stickers, and prizes.
This year’s theme at VBS is “Olympion.” It combines the excitement of the summer olympics with the drama of the Israelites’ journey to the promised land. The goal is to “spur children on in pursuing training in godliness for running the Race of Faith.”
Where will VBS happen?
At our church building.
Some of our activities will be inside, and some will be outside, under our brand-new tent.
When will VBS happen?
Monday-Friday, July 12-16, from 9am to 12pm.
Why should I be excited about VBS?
Lots of reasons! Here are ten:
- You will learn lots about the Bible.
- You will make new friends.
- You will exercise your brain by learning memory verses.
- You will enjoy yummy snacks.
- You will learn how to get to heaven.
- You will get stickers!
- You will have lots of songs stuck in your head.
- You will learn what to do about your sin.
- The games and exercises will give you big muscles.
- You will get to see Pastor Goligher in a costume!
