❤️ Take a break can be really good ❤️
Hi Developer!
Yes! From now on, I call you a Developer with a capital D, because everyone who writes code for fun or profit should be called like that 👍
It’s Raymon from the Mr Frontend Community. Thanks for subscribing to this weekly letter ❤️! This is the first-ever with many planned to come right in your email.
Every week I’m writing about topics I saw in the community of Codenewbies and Junior Developers, to help those walking the path of learning to or to gain more experience about programming.
Take a break can be really good
Don’t feel guilty when you pause your path of learning to code! Or when you're not having a high pace of learning! Your brains need some air to evaluate everything you learn in order to apply it.
Let’s be honest, learning to code is awesome! But it can also cost you a lot of energy! Even though your body is not doing physical exercises, your brains definitely doing the hard work.
Just like your body needs time to gain energy after doing workouts, so does your brain!
If your doing #100daysofcode be careful with information overloading your brains. So don’t feel guilty if you need some days off.
You're just taking care of yourself by doing that! Otherwise burning out can be around the corner. I think we want to prevent that right 😉
Applause for all 100 days of code(rs)
100daysofcode: the massive amount of people took the challenge! So a big applause for all of them! I’m very proud to see everyone doing great stuff on Twitter!
Thanks!
I want to thank you for reading this letter this far! I hope you enjoyed reading it and learning from it!
If you have suggestions for next, please let me know via raymon@mrfrontend.org or just tweet/DM me via @frontendmr.
Happy coding!
