March Blog Posts
This month, I found how powerful it is to publicly announce your goals. I said I would write two blog posts in March, which of course meant that I was frantically finishing two blog posts from 8pm - 11:59PM on March 31st. Still, they're done, and that's what counts!
The first is on saving to give: it's a practical set of steps to start investing money to give away at a later point. I also posted to the EA Forum here. This is actually a revision of a piece I wrote a few years ago, before I had encountered the work of Gordon Irlam. Reading his work on the topic made me realize that nearly everything I had written was wrong. So, this new post is basically just a summary of his excellent work.
The second is continuing my write-up of The Western Canon, this time about a few of Shakespeare's first tragedies, Romeo & Juliet and Julius Caesar. These are some of the first Shakespeare plays where you start to get the sense that Shakespeare is on a completely different level.
I hope you enjoy, and thanks as always for being a subscriber. Knowing that you're there is what led me to furiously writing to meet my self-imposed deadlines.
All the best,
Chris Webster
