Part of the WHO Collaborating Center on Nutrition Research for Health in the Division of Nutritional Sciences, this unique 2-week summer institute is intended for nutrition scientists and practitioners with interest in the application of scientific evidence in policy making. National Academies Workshop - Research with Pregnant and Lactating Persons: Mitigating Risk and Liability. March 23, 2023, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EDT, Online. Workshop to discuss how institutions and organizations make risk-benefit decisions regarding the inclusion and exclusion of pregnant and lactating persons in clinical research, and the role of liability, risk management, and trial insurance in those decisions.
