This meetup is cancelled in favor of David Friedman’s much more popular meetup. I do not want to split the attendance.

David’s announcement follows:

We are having another meetup a week from this Sunday. I apologize for leaving the announcement so late, but I only realized a few days ago that I had so many commitments in November that that was the last date in the month available.

Our address is 3806 Williams Road, San Jose, CA 95117. The meetup starts at 2:00, generally runs until about ten, with people coming and going.

We will sit at the tables. There will be a reasonably-visible "ACX" sign. At the very least, close enough to where you will not have to worry about asking strangers about a blog.
