What is worth waiting for? ⏰

I think call centers actually got something right. Wait, hold on, I’ve got a point. They literally have mastered getting you to comfortably wait on hold for long periods of time and only go a little bit crazy. In a world where we expect everything instantly, how do they pull that off? This got me thinking a lot about speed and the products we use, we create, and we hate (for being too slow). Take a look at this week’s post and let me know what you think.
