It must seem kind of meta to be talking about the UX of newsletters right here in my newsletter, but here we go! Believe it or not, email has the highest return on investment (ROI) of any of the communication channels. Unfortunately, it is often either under utilized or based on poorly designed interactions that ruin the customer’s experience and I want to change that. I wrote this week’s post to talk about why email is so vital of a tool for companies and how powerful an onboarding email can be when building trust with your customer.
