We are starting a newsletter! 🥳
Hello Vuedevs,
Bangalore is getting super hot, and so is Vue!
I started VueBLR in March of 2017. In our run of over two years, we had eleven meetups, two workshops, and one AwesomeConf. Our fourteenth meetup was an experimental, invite-only conference where we hosted fifteen amazing speakers, and it was a huge success. If you missed it, don’t worry, we would be organizing another AwesomeConf soon. However, in the meantime, we got some recordings for you.
Furthermore, the VueBLR team is three-member strong now:

We are starting a newsletter.
Our newsletter would focus on critical updates from the Vue ecosystem, developments in the local community, and expectations for upcoming meetups.
From the community
Great news! Apple is using Vue. I hope this would make a stronger case for Vue at work.

In RFC world, the proposed class API in Vue 3.0 has been abandoned in favor of a new pattern called composition functions. It is excellent news for the community as the API would remain virtually similar. Read this comment for details.
Upcoming Meetup
For the fifteenth meetup, we have two amazing talks lined up for you; Chetan Sachdev sharing a getting started guide for Vuex, and Ruphaa Ganesh talks about atomic design and Vue. Check out the event page for details.
P.S. You can use the code APPLE to get a discount.
From the local community
VueBLR has a CFP page. Submit your talk proposals. If you are gearing up for JSFoo: Vue Day, this is a good platform to practice your talk.
AwesomeConf has published a bunch of recordings from the May 4th event. If you missed it, it would be nice to catch up.
Cheers.
