I keep coaching on a daily basis. Some of you have now accomplished a Joyful Term. Congratulations! I’m grateful for this daily meetings. No matter what happens out there, we keep training!
For the french speakers, I recommand this 12 minute Yoga routine with Yoga Coaching , to start the day with energy.
If you work on the computer all day, I recommand to install the app Strechly. It helps you to take short breaks and to stretch regulary.

The Joyful Saturdays are casual group sessions where you’ll practice improvisation solo exercises that involve the body, the space and the mind. You can take away these exercises and pratice them as many time as you want, you’ll never get bored!
