PLNT LYFE v5: February in Running

PLNT LYFE

February in Running

Last month I ran a total of 36.8 miles across 10 runs, averaging (now stay with me on this math) 3.7 miles per run. My average pace for those ~37 miles was 8:20/mile.

I have a whopping one run under my belt so far this month, but I’m over 25% of the way to last month’s distance total. And tonight is Trailside Trotters. 🏃

What Has Me Curious Right Now

Is it possible to make a self-charging electric vehicle?

The Toyota Prius and Kia Niro both do this to a certain extent, and it’s likely not possible to create a fully self-charging vehicle due to friction and what not. But are these current vehicles the upper bound? What’s preventing the next big leap in performance?

What I’m Eating This Week

  • Drunken Beans with collards and rice
  • Barley Risotto with Beets and Greens (for real this week, didn’t end up needing to make it last week and there was a run on beets apparently)
  • Various bits and bobs
