→ After a successful kick-off meeting last month, we decided to launch a series of monthly community calls to discuss different topics under the theme of Computational inclusion and Digital Equity.
Our first community call is taking place on August 3rd at 19:00 CEST under the theme “Low-Tech Strategies for Data Literacy”.
We are thrilled to announce our Keynote speaker David Selassie Opoku, a farmer, Data Scientist, and champion of Data & Education in low-income spaces and he will talk to us about Accessible Data Skills and Tool Design.

- Virtual workshop for audience in Low Middle Income Countries
- Inclusive space for the hackathon
- Accessible software design

→ We are running an initiative to encourage low-tech contribution to our project through text. We will be posting one question every week to initiate discussions around computational inclusion and digital equity and we encourage you to text us your answers in the chat box. Participation can be done in Telegram and Matrix anonymously and without sharing phone numbers. We will then collect all the answers and publish them on our website.
