We and everything we perceive
are woven and not interwoven,
and this interweaving continues on and on,
while each thing stands in its own place.

Hi, friends,
Why does it feel a relief to say, I have no formal meditation practice, no schedule, no technique.
It comes in its own ways,
it comes in its own time, emphasizing that the work/play is being focused and multiplied.
Nowadays, no incense is being sparked, only when it is being done with the extension of someone else's (beloved sister's) fingers.
Here we are, woven and not interwoven; the pure air of its sweet smell.
No guru photos on my side table, only a mason jar of water that keeps being filled with care, constantly.
Not saying, “I am meditating now”, yet, find that I am in deep meditation in the immediacy and presence of everything;
the mundane and the extraordinaire in motion.
What is this kind of everyday living?
Not knowing yet not feeling the need to add or take anything away,
not having any special states to attain or be in, and yet feeling the fascination and wonder of how things are, is it!
This is the fascinating inconspicuous way of being, a way of life being lived.
I used to meditate.
Now, meditation has gotten into my human body in an everlasting undefined way; a space that holds an
entire world, a roundness and a sharpness interwoven.
Why do I put on my robes/clothes at the sound of the bells/alarm clocks?
Why do I hear chirping and the conversation of the birds, first thing in the morning, and have the lyrics, "Love can
move mountains, in my heart?
I love sniffing flowers and making plants come back to life by giving them rice water. Designing and decluttering spaces feels right too.
Life is so much more flavourful with unity, with all that there is, alone and together,
walking through the valleys down low or mountains up high.
Be the love you're made to be and move mountains with the round smile of summer!
From my heart to yours,
With (unconditional) love,
xo, Sylvia.
