Closest to Our Source
#Habits #InMovement #InDark&Light
Hi, Friends,
This past week, we've been sharing the dark and light moments in our lives.
Focusing on our habits, we can see how they represent the good and the bad inside of us. And, if we were to expand our thoughts, we may realize how the good is intertwined with the bad. And that they each have their creative place and space to germinate and transform in our hearts and minds.
To have a mind at war trying to get rid of something by increasing one more than the other would probably bound us back to the understanding and habit of our outcomes depending on confining the right from wrong, the good from bad, the dark from light.
Last week, we came to terms with how integrating both dark/light in our lives can not only allow us to be open to receive what may come our way but to remember that we do need both darkness and lightness in order to experience one passing through both ends and not being entangled or consumed by any of it, as much or at all.
If by shaking the cobwebs out and settling our feet on the ground, we might awaken to a whole new meaning of life. And instead of ignoring our bad habits or paying attention to what's on the other side, we can befriend both ends of the dark/light, good/bad, and cope and respond to the monsters and butterflies inside of us, using and facing them in all the ways it can benefit ourselves and to those who meets us.
Shouldn't we be that monster that often carries a butterfly on its head to remind itself of the beauty and gentleness around her?
Anything that drums up the feelings in our hearts, that keeps us moving, makes us stay in spirit, in inspiration, will bring us to get to see and communicate in ways we never thought of possible before.
Our individual unique walks of life, of generosity, survival, and simply being part of this world reach and help us all arrive here, with each other.
Thank you for being part of this wondrous journey.
See you soon,
Best & warm wishes,
Sylvia
