A few years ago, I wrote a manifesto for generous design. I remember it resonating and being a vehicle for some wonderful conversations. I even ended up printing some copies and mailing them. More recently, as part of coaching training, I shared it and spoke through the concepts.
It was energizing to see how alive it was, as a personal philosophy, a piece of evergreen writing which came about during a period of personal change and growth. I wrote it when I was shifting from corporate innovation to coaching.
Next year, I will start a year-long circle, the evolution of Critical Business School, but closer to coaching. Participants will articulate their personal philosophy using prompts, briefs, and practices. Some models and ideas are already in formation but better explained in conversation rather than in asynchronous mediums.
To that end, I scheduled an open 30-minute zoom call every two weeks until the end of the year. Feel free to register or send any questions.
